How soon will TFMJ send my application letter and CV?
- CVs are scheduled for distribution on a first come - first serve basis. These are
normally distributed after 2 working days upon receipt of your CV/Job Application
letter and deposit notice.
-
How do I know that you have distributed my CV already?
- You start receiving
responses from interested employers. You will also get a lot
of undeliverable mails in your email. These are from companies whose inboxes are
already full or over-quota. The good news here is it means your CV was received
by the other thousands of companies.
-
How soon can I expect to get the responses of the companies?
- If an applicant is highly qualified with the requirements of the company, he/she
may receive responses on the same day of distribution (office hours). Otherwise,
the responses normally
come within a couple of days. Two weeks should be enough lead time to get all the
possible responses.
-
What happened if I do not get any response from any company?
- You made an error in writing your email address or contact numbers.
- At the time of your distribution, there were no job openings for your qualification.
- There were job openings for your qualification but other jobseekers were preferred by the employers.
-
How many times will you distribute my job application letter and CV?
- Once. Your job application letter and CV remain in the inboxes of the companies
unless they decide to delete these Besides that, it is normally enough for employers
to see these once to decide if you may be considered for hiring.
- Do all the companies in your file exist?
- Yes. TFMJ regularly update its database and make sure all companies on the list
are valid.
- We also add new companies in our database on a weekly basis.
-
Can I ask TFMJ to resend my application letter and CV if I am not happy with the responses?
- Yes. We had jobseekers who asked us for three times to redistribute their CV. If
you want to do the same, we recommend you find ways to improve your CV to make it
more attractive and competitive. It is no use if they will see the same CV again.
Second, please wait at least two weeks to pass before we distribute again to allow
for new companies to be included in our database. You are also entitled to a discount
rate of only 100dhs, giving you a savings of 50dhs.
-
Are you a recruitment agency?
- No. TFMJ is not connected nor affiliated with any employer in our database. TFMJ
has no involvement in the hiring process for the applicant. TFMJ's service ends
after the CV distribution. We do not ask for any
placement fee or anything else outside of the one time fee mentioned above.
-
Can my relative or friend from other countries avail of this service too?
- Yes. You can pay for your friends or relatives from other countries and they can
send their CVs by clicking here. In fact
it is better if the applicant goes thru this process to assess his chances of getting
a job here before he actually comes here.
-
Can TFMJ guaranty that I get a job?
- No. Some of the reasons why applicant will not get hired are: there is no opening for the applicant's qualification, other applicants have better qualifications, the applicant did not pass the interview. It can also be that it is the applicant who does not like the company.
-
If I need to change anything in my CV, can I ask you to do it?
- No. We do not change anything that you submit. If you need to change anything, simply go back to our website and do it all over again. What you submitted last is what we will distribute.
-
Can I apply for more than one job?
- Yes. In fact, we recommend you apply for atleast three specific jobs to improve your chances. And avoid putting "any suitable position" (not attractive to HRs as a general rule).
-
If I am still employed or simply don't want some companies to get my CV and application letter, can you do it?
- Yes. Let us know the email address of these companies and we will exclude them from the list of recepients.
-
I see the Monster ad in your website, Is this yours?
- No. It is an advertisement posted by Google and is not related to our services.
